right now

These days are days of reflection and dwelling upon where God is calling. We have a week where there is not a lot going on... yet. We are discerning giftings and where in paticular we will be spending a lot of our time in the next couple months, please pray into this process. Next week we are headed off to the Punjab, I'm excited about this time, I'm not sure what it will all hold, it will be busy but I hope encouraging and a bit challenging, cause what would it really be without a little pushing from God.

There are many thoughts to share but I think that I will wait a little while longer to share, sorry. I'm amazed at how much I am learning and also at times at how much I do or don't know. There are days where it is very easy to get excited about what is happening here in Delhi, and then there are the days where all you want is a good cup of chai and sleep and wait for the next day. Right now more of the former then the later, so I am thankful.

The days are growing colder and the scent of smoke is in the air. Actualy this morning the forcast said smoke, just smoke, not what from or if it was lifting or coming, just smoke. Good times. Pictures are coming slowly. It is great seeing India through camera eyes but I want to be sensitive to the culture and my role here. So alas many are taken on the sly or from moving rickshaws which is a challenge to get a good picture. Here is a little something from our last day of language. Mother and son, walking hand in hand. A sight that you often see but many times you see the child without the mother...
